General Terms & Conditions

  • Aatrox Business Mobile Plans are available exclusively for business customers.
  • All pricing is exclusive of GST.
  • Plans are contract-free, allowing you to change or cancel at any time.
  • Fair usage policies apply to all unlimited services.
  • Excess data usage may result in speed reductions or an automatic upgrade to a higher plan.
  • Plans do not include international roaming unless otherwise stated.

Unlimited National SMS & MMS

  • Applies to standard SMS & MMS within Australia.
  • Excludes video MMS and premium number messaging.

Fair Usage Policy

  • Aatrox reserves the right to limit or restrict services in cases of excessive usage beyond reasonable business needs.
  • Unlimited IDD calling is intended for normal business communications only. Any misuse, such as mass calling or auto-dialing, may result in suspension or additional charges.

Bolt Add-On Services

Aatrox offers additional Bolt Add-Ons for businesses requiring extra benefits beyond standard mobile plans:

  • Bolt Data Boost – Extra high-speed data packages available on demand.
  • Bolt International Pack – Affordable international call and roaming add-ons.
  • Bolt Business Line – Priority customer support and dedicated business assistance.

SIM Cards & Shipping Fees

Activation, Plan Changes, Billing Cycle & Other Terms

  • Billing Cycle: Charges and inclusions are metered from the 28th to 27th of each month.
  • Plan Activation: Prorated according to remaining days in the bill cycle.
  • International Roaming Packs: Activated via SMS to 179. A welcome message will be sent when the user arrives at an eligible destination.
  • Plan Upgrade/Downgrade: Not prorated. The new plan rate will apply in full on the day of the change, unless made on the 27th of the month.
  • Plan Disconnection/Port Away: Not prorated. No credit will apply for remaining days in the bill cycle.
  • Retail Rates: Retail charges for access and bolt-ons can be configured in Octane, but usage rates are fixed as per the latest pricebook.
  • Timed Charges: Calls may be rated per second, but the rate provided will be per minute (60 seconds).

Data Pooling Terms & Conditions

  • Customers can have up to 300 users per pool.
  • Data pooling is intended for use with related end-customers (e.g., a business with 50 staff can enroll 50 users into a pool).
  • No data banking or rollover – Any unused data will be forfeited at the end of the billing period.
  • All pooling services must have the same anniversary date to ensure proper data allocation (typically the 27th of each month).
  • Customers switching to a pooling plan will forfeit any previous data inclusions.
  • If a service opts out of a data pool, its contributed data will be lost, and it must switch to a non-pooling plan to restore individual data allocations.
  • Bolt-ons apply to the pool, not individual services.

Changes & Updates

  • Aatrox may modify plan inclusions, pricing, or international call rates at any time with prior notice.
  • Customers will be notified of any significant changes affecting their plans.
