Terms & Conditions

  • Billing Cycle: Charges and inclusions are metered from the 28th to the 27th of each month.
  • Plan Activation: Prorated based on remaining days in the billing cycle.
  • Bolt-Ons: Automatic 2GB bolt-ons are enabled for all new activations.
  • Plan Upgrade/Downgrade: New plan rates apply immediately unless changed on the 27th of the month.
  • Plan Disconnection: No credit applies for remaining days in the billing cycle.
  • Data Banking: Unused data can be banked up to 500GB on eligible plans.
    • Downgrading forfeits banked data.
    • Suspended services retain banked data but do not accumulate new data.
    • Changing to a non-data banking plan results in data loss.
    • Porting out or terminating a service results in data being reset to zero.
  • Domestic Use Only: These mobile broadband plans are only available in Australia.
  • Aatrox 5G Data Only 400GB Plan: No data banking or auto top-up available.
